Playing on a fun saying in the Czech Republic, “Don’t be a llama, come to Shape”, the Shape Czech team integrated a llama theme into their booth and marketing strategy at the annual job fair at Pilsen University of West Bohemia.
Similar to last year’s event, the Shape Czech HR team came up with an original theme to attract the interest of students who could be future Shape Family members. This year’s strategy centered on the slogan “Don’t be a llama, come to Shape.” Being llama in the Czech has a less than impressive context to it; therefore, it’s something to avoid. Shape Czech’s resolution to the students, was simply that if you work at Shape, you won’t be llama.
The theme was executed through promotional materials of buttons, stickers and the HR team’s apparel, in addition to a real llama! This was great entertainment for all visitors who came to the fair and an original way to get their attention. Shape Czech collected interest forms from nearly 100 students.
